Thank you for visiting our Travelspective website. The protection of the information provided by you is important to us, as well as your privacy and confidentiality. In order to protect it, we provide this notice explaining our Privacy Policy and the decisions you can make about the way your personal information will be compiled and used by this website.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Travelspective the Network (the “Network”) and comprises the information collected on, through, or in connection with your use of the Network. Other Travelspective sites have different privacy policies. Therefore, when visiting other Travelspective sites, please check the Privacy Policy applicable to each site. When accessing or using the Network, you state that you have read and agreed to comply with the rules of the Terms of Use, and that you have read and are aware of and agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Capitalized words in this Policy that are not defined in this document shall have the same meaning as the same capitalized words in the Terms of Use.

Travelspective reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change or otherwise update its Terms of Use or its Privacy Policy, or to change, modify or alter any feature of the Network (collectively, “Changes”), at any time. If TRAVELSPECTIVE exercises its right to make any Changes, you will be asked to agree to such Changes when you first enter the website after the effective date of such Changes. If you do not agree with any of those changes, please choose the “I do Not Agree” option and stop using the Network. Once you agree to the Changes, the Changes will supersede all previous versions.

The references to Travelspective in this Policy include the entities making up Travelspective, LLC and its successors and corresponding officers, employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliated, partners, agents, Licensors, Network providers, suppliers, or any person engaged in the creation, production and distribution of the TravelspectiveContent or Web Site.

Our Commitment to Security

We take the security of your information seriously and use reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect online.

Of course, no data transmission over the Internet is fully secure, and any message or information you send to the Network may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission (for example, credit card information) is encrypted.

The Information We Collect

On certain portions of the Network, you are requested to provide personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”). Personal Information may also include business contact information (e.g., office address, business telephone number).

Personal Information may be collected when you: (a) create a Registered Account; (b) create Subaccounts linked to your Registered Account; (c) register for promotions or other features of the Network; and (d) report any complaints about any problem relating to the Network or your use of the Network. This Privacy Policy does not cover information collected elsewhere, including without limitation offline and on websites, applications, destinations, or services linked to and from the Network.

In addition, when you visit the Network our servers automatically collect Personal Information describing your use of the Network, including the Content accessed by you, page/screen visits, length of time viewing a certain page or program, how the Content is viewed, and your online behavior generally. You may also be asked to voluntarily rate the Content you view on the Network, or send us Personal information via messaging (e.g. email, SMS, MMS, or other technologies).

On some occasions, you may submit Personal Information about other people. For example, you might submit a person’s name, mailing and/or e-mail address to send a gift or electronic greeting card. The types of personally identifiable information that may be collected about other people at these pages include: recipient’s name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.

We reserve the right to use, transfer, assign, sell, share, and provide access to all personally identifiable information and other information about you and your computer, mobile or other device that we receive through third-party social networking services in the same ways described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use as all of your other information.

How We Use the Information

The Personal Information we collect is used to afford you an interactive experience when using the Network and to facilitate your participation in our online forums and communities. The non-personally identifiable information we collect is used to improve the design and Content of the Network and to enable us to personalize your experience in the Internet, to analyze usage of the Network to enable the customization of your experience when using the Network. We may use all this information jointly with information received through users’ ratings and with other general information.

Travelspective or its providers (such as mail hosting or customer service assistance) may store the Personal Information and non-personally identifiable information, and may share such information with third parties as necessary to process your transactions and provide access to the Network by you and your Subaccount holders. Travelspective may also use this information for internal review and analysis of the Network.

Personal Information and non-personally identifiable information may be shared with our distributors, agents, sponsors, advertisers, subsidiaries, affiliates, and people hired by Travelspective for several reasons, including without limitation: to verify your eligibility to receive access to the Network; to verify whether the information holds the requirements to fulfill your requests for our products, programs, and services; to verify the status of your Registered Account; to analyze usage patterns; to analyze usage of particular items of content; to monitor how often certain Content is watched; to customize your use of the Network based on your viewing patterns of the Content and areas of interest; to offer services and/or products that may be of interest to you; to scrub e-mail lists; and to provide customer service assistance.

We may also share with partner companies, prospective partners or third parties such information about your features, your data and about usage of particular items of the Content, such as how often and for how long a particular item of Content was watched or accessed.

We may use the Personal Information you submitted to contact you and answer your questions about our offers, to solve issues relating to the Network, and to give you information about changes and updates to the Network, about other system requirements, your Registered Account with us or about our subscriber agreements. Travelspective sometimes uses this Personal Information to get in touch with you, such as to notify you when you have won one of our contests, sweepstakes, or promotions.

Distributors, agents and contractors of TravelspectiveE who have access to Personal Information are required to protect this information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy by, for example, not using the information for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for Travelspective.

We may disclose Personal Information, whenever required by law, for instance, in response to a court order or a subpoena, or in response to a request from a law enforcement authority. We also may transfer such information to a successor of Travelspective or any person or entity that acquires ownership or control of Travelspective or the Network via any means. In such event, you recognize that such successors, individual or entity may make changes or modifications to this Privacy Policy, and, in this case, Travelspective will notify you about the assignment of such information to its successors or to any individual or entity which acquires ownership or control of Travelspective or the Network, by any means.

Although we try to take measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, because no data transmission is completely secure, and no system of physical or electronic security is completely impenetrable, we cannot guarantee that the Personal Information that we collect will never be disclosed. You may be subject to disclosures beyond our willingness, e.g., if third parties defraud your identity to have access to this Personal Information. By using the Network you agree to assume all risk in connection with the information sent to us or collected by us when you access, visit and/or use the Network, including without limitation your Personal Information, and we are not responsible for the loss of such information or the consequences thereof.

The Network will not use or transfer the Personal Information you provide us differently from the above mentioned ways, otherwise, the Network will give you the option to choose the use of said information.

The Network offer you products, programs or Networks we believe are of your interest, as well as give information about special offers and promotions and newsletters, about Travelspective and/or the Network. If at any time you wish to opt out of receiving promotional materials, you can go to the Profiles section in the Settings section of the Network. Please keep in mind that opting out of promotional e-mails will not prevent you from receiving transactional e-mail correspondence related to, without limitation, the Network, your Registered Account and/or any Subaccounts. You should note that in some instances, certain information or services can only be provided to you if Personal Information is provided. If you elect not to provide such information or opt out of having your information shared, you may not be able to receive certain content or information.

Collection of Information by Third-Party Sites and Sponsors

The Network may contain links to other sites, including without limitation, the sites of our distributors, sponsors and advertisers, whose information practices may be different than ours. Users of this Network should consult the other sites’ terms of use and privacy policies as we have no control over information that is submitted to, and/or collected by, these third parties.

Travelspective may disclose Personal Information to third parties that provide us with services, such as technical maintenance, market research, community and forums management, shopping, and other classified ads functionality, but only for the purpose of and to the extent necessary to provide those services.

We may offer Content (e.g., contests, sweepstakes, or promotions) that is sponsored by or co-branded with identified third parties. By virtue of these relationships, the third parties may obtain Personal Information that visitors voluntarily submit as a result of participation in such content or activities. Travelspective holds no control over or liability for these parties’ use of this information and does not keep it under any surveillance whatsoever.


To enhance your experience with the Network, we may in certain contexts use “Cookies.” Cookies are files we place in your computer or device to store your preferences. Cookies, by themselves, do not tell us your e-mail address or other Personal Information unless you choose to provide this information to us by, for example, registering for the Network. We use Cookies to understand Network usage and to improve the Content and offerings on the Network. How You Can Access or Correct Information

To help protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to accurately record the Personal Information that you provide to us and any subsequent updates. We will also take reasonable steps to help verify your identity before granting access or making corrections to any Personal Information.

You can access the Personal Information that you have provided to the Network online, or correct factual errors in such information, at the Settings section of the Network. You can also limit our use of Personal Information or revoke your agreement to the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. If you limit our use of Personal Information or revoke your agreement, you may not be able to access the Network after such election.

Your right to review, update, correct, and delete your Personal Information may be limited, subject to the law or your jurisdiction: (i) if your requests are abusive or unreasonably excessive, (ii) where the rights or safety of another person or persons would be encroached upon, or (iii) if the information or material you request relates to existing or anticipated legal proceedings between you and us, or providing access to you would prejudice negotiations between us or an investigation of possible unlawful activity. Your right to review, update, correct and delete your information is subject to our records retention policies and applicable law, including any statutory retention requirements.

Special Notice to Parents

Travelspective does not knowingly collect any Personal Information submitted to the Network from individuals under the age of thirteen (13). If a minor child wishes to use the Network as a registered user of the Network, the previous authorization from his/her parents or legal guardian will be required. If you are a parent or legal guardian who has discovered that your child has registered for or accessed the Network without your consent, you can ask us to remove any unauthorized information provided by your child. Travelspective will make reasonable efforts to investigate and remove the information. You will be required to provide the customer service assistance with the Username, Password and e-mail address submitted by your child.

Notice to California Users- Your California Privacy Rights

California’s “Shine the Light” law, Civil Code section 1798.83, requires certain businesses to respond to requests from California customers asking about the business’ practices related to disclosing Personal Information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Alternately, such businesses may have in place a policy not to disclose personal information of customers to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes if the customer has exercised an option to opt-out of such information-sharing.
